1. Apartment or an House? Security arrangement?

A house, all floors under our control. We have the Resident’s Welfare Association which provides security. Security guards patrol the area during the night. The New Friends Colony Police Station is close by.

2. Rental car with a/c availability. Rates.

Delhi has Avis, Budget, Hertz, radio taxi etc. Rates on request.

3. Refrigerator in the rooms or we use the one in the dining area for drinking water and other soft drinks?

The refrigerators and the water dispenser are placed in the common area. The "Honour Consumption Sheet" is placed in your room. The ambiance here is relaxed and guests are encouraged to feel 'at home'.

4. Are guests/visitors allowed, if so the timings?

Visitors/guests are most definitely allowed. There are no timings. Use one of the two lounges or the lobby space or the sit out or the terrace. Refreshments available on request.

5. Eating hours.

Breakfast between 8am and 9.30am. Meal timings are at the request of the guest. A three-hour notice is required for meals.

6. Communications - phones, fax, mobile phone, internet etc.

All are available. International dialing, broadband internet, scanner, printer (laser), mobile phones (bring your handset, cash cards available here).
